I have worked with Lauren for the past three years as a vital part of my Youth Leadership Initiative's Personal Development lesson. Lauren presents to our group on dining, business and general day-to-day etiquette. She coaches participants of all ages in a light and experiential way highlighting real-life situations. Her lesson is always ranked as a top experience of the year, and I know my students leave her lesson better equipped for building a successful future.

As part of the Des Moines Art Center’s customer service training efforts, Lauren presented a program for the entire staff that focused on positive social interactions. Her presentation was clear, concise and very worthwhile. We can already see better results in our attempts to create a warm and welcoming environment for the public and favorable work experience for our staff.

My team thoroughly enjoyed our training with Lauren. She not only brought the expertise that we needed to take our etiquette skills to the next level, but did it in such a fun and engaging way that learning has never been so fun! Each of us left our training feeling empowered to go to our next networking event with confidence and we all now know how to handle a formal seven-course meal with grace and more importantly, no fear.

Lauren came to speak to our sorority and a brother fraternity to teach us proper etiquette skills for a three-course meal. She was incredibly engaging and personable. She also did a wonderful job at relating etiquette issues to the stage of life we're all in, in our college careers. She addressed issues such as job interviews, thank you notes and even the proper way to act on a first date! We were all impressed with her knowledge and ability to cater to our age group with her fun, personal ploys. It was easily one of the most beneficial socials my sorority has ever had.

Lauren presented on Customer Service and On-Boarding during a three-part series. Our audience changed from administrative/supervisory personnel to direct support professionals. She made arrangements before each session to ensure the objectives of the presentation aligned with what our objectives for the training were. She was engaging and warm. She kept the concepts simple and gave examples that were applicable to our day-to-day operations. We look forward to seeing the impact of the tools she provided our employees.

Lauren has been my go-to for etiquette questions and professional advice since we first met to go over my resume. Recently, she provided an evening of training for Lead Like a Lady, an organization of women committed to supporting and developing our membership to become leaders in our community. From a full training on dinner etiquette to answering questions from dating and hosting a party, it was by far one of the most popular opportunities we've provided our members. I cannot speak more highly of Lauren and her skills, and I would recommend her for any etiquette or training opportunity, whether for individuals or groups of any size.
